Morning Assembly:
It is compulsory for all students to attend the morning assembly. Students must arrive at school on time according to the seasonal schedule. Late arrivals will be subject to disciplinary action, and students arriving late will not be permitted to enter the school.
Participation in School Activities:
All students are expected to participate in school activities such as sports, physical exercises, functions, etc., unless they are medically unfit. In such cases, a medical certificate must be provided, and prior permission should be obtained from the Principal.
Class Attendance:
Students are required to attend all classes as per the school timetable. A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for eligibility to appear for examinations and for promotion to the next grade. This includes both theory and practical classes separately.
Leaving the School Premises:
No student is allowed to leave the school premises without prior written permission from the Headmistress, Vice-Principal, or Principal. Students may only leave with parents or guardians. Leaving the school with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
Leave Application:
In case of absence, a leave application signed by the parent or guardian should be submitted, preferably on the same day the student is absent and also upon rejoining the school after the leave.
Long Absences:
If a student is absent without prior intimation for more than five consecutive days, their name will be removed from the rolls.
Health-Related Absence:
Students suffering from any infectious disease or illness must complete the required quarantine period before rejoining school. In such cases, a medical certificate specifying the illness and a fitness certificate must be submitted.
Leave on Test/Examination Days:
No early departure or half-day leave will be granted on regular school days, or on days when tests and examinations are scheduled.
Outstation Leave:
For leave requests involving outstation travel, prior permission from the school must be obtained. Advance notice is required for such leave.
